The organization aims to support students and community members living with depression or other mental illness. Often, these members do not feel comfortable enough to reach out. The letter should begin with "If you're reading this, ". Submissions are usually one page in length.
First Name, First & Last Name, First Name & Last Initial, First & Last Initial, Anonymous, etc.
Graduating Year, School, School & Graduating Year, any combination of information, or no information at all.
Without mentioning a name,
write openly to a friend, fellow 'Hoo or family member living with mental illness.
Speak to your past self.
Share your personal experience.
ALREADY WROTE A LETTER? SCHEDULE YOUR PHOTOGRAPH.
You'll receive all photographs from the session for your own personal use. If you wish to remain anonymous, you need not provide a photo.
